We’re Going to Disney World!

Kurt and Brenda lead the charge as First Things First teams with wish granting organizations to treat children from Arizona, Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa with life-threatening illnesses and their families to the ultimate weeklong vacation to the most magical place on earth – Disney World! Directing the fun is the Warner family, who has hosted the fun-filled trip since 2002. The adventure begins with an exciting plane ride; for some, their first time in flight. Lodging for the families is at Give Kids the World, an enchanted non-profit resort where dreams become reality for children with life-threatening illnesses. With a jam-packed schedule of events, the families experience the magic of Disney including Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Magic Kingdom. The highlight for all are the bonds formed that last well beyond the trip. Over the past twenty-one years, First Things First has hosted 172 Wish/Dream kids and their families.
